Megan Gorder works as a departmental research administrator at the NRRI. Her role is to assist researchers develop their grant proposals that are submitted to State, Federal, Industry, and other agencies. Working in both pre- and post-awards, she works on the entire life cycle of the grant, starting from proposal and budget development to the project close-out.

Megan has been part of NRRI since 2014. Prior to joining NRRI as a departmental research administrator, she worked in the the wildlife research lab at the NRRI for nearly five years.
