Jonathan Lee is a Senior Laboratory Technician for the Chemical Extractives Program. Jonathan receives the program's source materials, such as birch bark, from the lab's industrial partners and then processes them. His professional background in industrial safety comes from his years sailing with various fleets on the Great Lakes. Jonathan also has an academic background in technical writing and editing, which allows him to participate in information gathering and research duties for the lab.
