Julie Ann Heinz is an Executive Office and Administrative Specialist for the Minerals, Peat and Chemical Derivatives programs of the Center for Applied Research and Technology Development. Julie Ann has completed an array of courses/seminars to keep current in the secretarial/administrative field at the University while keeping her focus on customer service.
