Pictures of Canada lynx in Brimson

Sherry Phillips took these pictures of L13 on March 12, 2005 along Hwy 44 in Brimson. L13 is the only adult collared animal in the project with a small ear tag, which is not visible in any of these photos (we initially misidentified this animal as L05, who is the only study animal with a large ear tag--sorry for the confusion). L13 was near a road-killed deer north of Hugo's Store. The pictures were taken mid-morning, at about 10:30 a.m. Her kittens also visited the deer carcass about this same time, based on sightings sent in to our email address (lynx@nrri.umn.edu).
