Registration Fees
The early registration deadline for the workshop
is October 25, 2004. Participants must pay
by money order, or institutional or bank draft. Checks must be made payable
to The Registrar, University of Pune. Conference
registration fees are as follows:

Lodging
The conference organizers will arrange lodging for participants at a few
select locations in Pune as part of the registration process, however,
participants will have to pay the hotels directly for their lodgings.
Payment of lodging cannot be handled as part of the registration process.
Hotels
Rooms are being reserved for participants at two particular hotels in
Pune, the Sagar Plaza and the President Hotel. Participants are free to
choose from the many other hotels in Pune, but must make their own arrangements
for lodging.
Government Guest Housing
Lodging is also being arranged on a first come, first served basis in
some of the government guest housing. The organizers strongly recommend
that all foreign participants stay in one of the hotels if possible, rather
than the guest houses. The organizers hope to negotiate more favorable
rates with the hotels once the number of guests are determined. The normal

Cancellation Policy
