Registration Materials
You have the option of registering for the conference via our secure on-line
registration web page or by downloading our registrataion form and mailing
or faxing it in.
On-line registration is no longer available.

Both forms include all of the information given below regarding registration
fees, meals, and lodging available from the University of Minnesota Duluth
to conference participants.
Conference Registration
The registration fee covers the costs of the Saturday evening reception,
the Sunday brunch, the poster session mixer, all conference presentations
and materials, refreshments, a copy of the group photo, and a single copy
of the book of abstracts either printed or on CD. The deadline for early
registration is Friday, June 20th.

Meal Ticket
Meals will be available on campus at the University Residence Hall Dining
Center, Sunday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 7th. The meal tickets
will cover dinner Sunday evening through breakfast Thursday morning. All
participants are welcome to purchase a meal ticket, whether they choose
to stay in UMD Residence Housing or in a private hotel.
Banquet Tickets
On Tuesday evening, all workshop participants are invited to a participate
in a dinner cruise on board the Vista Star on Lake Superior. Weather permitting,
we will cruise out onto beautiful Lake Superior while enjoying dinner.
Conference participants will need to register for the dinner cruise which
is not covered in the registration fee. Additional tickets for spouses
and guests are also available.
Cost
- $38 each for adults
- $30 each for students (ages 13-18)
- $20 each for children (ages 3-12)
Book of Abstracts
Additional copies of the Book of Abstracts will be available on request.
If you would like an additional copy, or if you would like both a printed
copy and a CD copy, there will be an additional charge.

Payment
Once the secure credit card registration is set up, payment can be made
by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover-Novus).
For those who wish to register by mail or fax, we will be able to accept
checks or money orders. A registration form will be made available on-line
when we begin the registration process. Registration forms can be mailed

Cancellation
To cancel your registration, please contact the conference organizers
in writing (regular mail or e-mail) before July 25, 2003. No refunds will
be issued after July 25, 2003. The University of Minnesota is an equal
