Northwest Airlines Domestic Fares (within the continental United States)

For this program we [Northwest Airlines] will offer a 10 percent discount off
the applicable World Business Class, Normal Economy, Special Economy, APEX or
Super APEX fares for flights originating in the U.S. or Canada for tickets purchased
at least 30 days in advance of the departure date. Northwest/KLM will offer
a 5 percent discount off of any promotional or short term sale fare (under 30
days prior to departure) for flights originating in the U.S. or Canada. See
the Northwest Airlines agreement for full details.
This discount is valid for travel on Northwest and Northwest designated flights (including airlink/affiliates).
Until ticketing occurs, fares are subject to change without notice and are based upon availability at the time of booking.

Upon receipt of your signature, a WorldFile/ticket designator will be assigned.

Travel Window
Attendees may travel in association with this program from July 30, 2003 through
August 10, 2003.
Reservations/Ticketing
All tariff rules apply. Contract not valid with other discounted fares (i.e.,
Military, Government, Senior, International and under $100 round trip fares,
coupons or certificates). The ticket designator must be entered on these tickets
to be credited toward productivity accrual. Travel applies solely on Northwest/KLM/Continental
Airlines and NW code share flights operated by Northwest Airlink partners Pinnacle
(9E), Mesaba (XJ), Continental Express and Continental (CO), AA Eagle (AA) in
ROC/SYR/ALB/HPN/ISP/BOS/PWM/BTV/BGR and Select California markets.
Note: Use only flights that are NW designated in conjunction
with a NW flight, except travel on Mesaba and Pinnacle. Travel on Northwest
affiliate flights is permitted.
Exception: You may use - Hawaiian (HA) code share flights and
Aloha (AQ).
To avoid loss of productivity tickets and debit memos, tickets must be issued on Northwest (012) ticket stock and reflect fare basis/ticket designator as indicated, not to exceed 13 characters including the slash.
Northwest/KLM will provide reservations and ticketing assistance from the Meeting Services Reservations Desk (1-800-328-1111) M-F 7:30am to 7:30pm (CT). Refer to WorldFile number indicated in page one once contract is countersigned.
Ten or more attendees on the same Northwest/KLM/Continental flight will be required to be booked as a group. Terms and conditions may vary.
Tickets may be purchased at any Northwest/KLM ticketing location or your travel agency.

Z code must be listed in the Ticket Designator Box and Tour Code Box. Detailed

Ammendment to the Agreement
The zone fares on the 2003 Continental Airlines MeetingWorks Agreement UM3E92
- ZWGD are now refundable for tickets issued on or after Feb.
