New to NRRI’s Coleraine Minerals Research Lab, Reneé Nash is already infused with the team spirit and cooperation that bonds the researchers and their work.
“It’s great to be here because of all the really awesome people,” says Nash. “I’ve never worked with so many good people under one roof before.”
Nash joined the Coleraine team as the “front desk do-it-all” person (officially Principal Office and Administrative Specialist) in July, 2008. Along with a variety of support tasks that change day-to-day, hour-to-hour, she provides a positive attitude and a smile to all who come through the door. Nash recently graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, and she has an interest in Life Coaching.
Nash enjoys learning new things and advocates education to all. “It really is the key to success,” she says. Nash is the mother of two and has an extended family of five sisters and four brothers. She enjoys spending quality time with her children, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and expresses her creativity by scrapbooking. Nash also enjoys trail riding and volunteer service work. Her philosophy for making the world a better place is to tackle change one person at a time.
