Two Harbors Area
Watershed Wetlands
Wetlands are an important part of Minnesota's natural ("green")
infrastructure. Mapping wetlands within whole watersheds allows
a more comprehensive evaluation of their water quality and flood
protection functions.
This project is made possible in part by a grant by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources
- Waters and Minnesota’s Lake
Superior Coastal Program through the Coastal Zone Management
Act, administered through the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource
Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
