Nodular Reduced Iron (NRI)

We are in the process of evaluating various value-added methods to create nodular reduced iron. We also have an ongoing development program related to nodular reduced iron and are currently testing ways to lower sulfur content. Our tests are evaluating a range of product sizes and making improvements in energy efficiency.

Furnace Design

In addition, we are designing an innovative new furnace (patent pending) to produce these reduced iron products. We are also currently evaluating a range of low cost processes to produce a product designed for the electric arc furnaces in the steel industry.
