Fines Removal System

Another promising new technology is our innovative fines removal system created for the taconite pellet industry. Our system classifies the feed at approximately 80 percent of the cost over currently available technology. This system also shows potential for nugget or nodule technologies. Better yet, the fines removed from taconite pellet operations are an excellent feedstock for the production of nuggets themselves. The system is currently being tested internationally. This system is easily applied to other industrial applications such as aggregate sizing.
