  • Program 1: Geologic History of the Watershed
  • Program 2: Glacial History of the Watershed – Casey McQuiston, Superior National Forest Forest Soil Scientist
  • Program 3: Early inhabitants and their Relationship to the Watershed – Lee Johnson, Superior National Forest State Archaeologist
  • Program 4: Historic Logging – Jeff Forester, Author of The Forest for the Trees
  • Program 5: Ojibwe Tradition – Bois Forte Interpreter

Day 2

  • Program 6: Early Conservation Efforts & Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness Formation
  • Program 7: Our Current Relationship with the Watershed
    • Hydroelectric Power Generation and Forest Management – Matt Radzak, Minnesota Power Forester
    • Mining – John Engesser, MN DNR Lands & Mineral Division Assistant Director
