Northern Lights Technology Center is now certified as a Gold Partner in Z-Corp's Metal Casting Partner program.

Z-Corp Metal Casting Partner Program is a network of companies that can rapid manufacture prototype castings. Gold partner status is the highest ranking which indicates that our center possesses the capabilities to both print the metal casting media to make molds, as well as pour the metal into the mold producing a prototype casting. We specialize in aluminum and zinc parts.

Cast parts production:

The Center can produce patterns for drags, copes and core boxes for conventional sand casting. Using ZCast 500 material, it can produce ready-to-pour mold assemblies for non-ferrous metal systems. Soon, this capability will be expanded to iron applications.

Geological Mapping

Colored 3-D models of geographic and geological information can be created that allow easy visualization of topography and other features. NRRI's experts in GIS and economic geology models can help you create the necessary computer files to create the 3-D scale models.
